Hey Guys,
I can't believe it's favorites time again.. where does the time go? It feels like summer just started yesterday. I really don't want summer to be over.. I love the sun and warmth but I've only just started seeing the sun since I've been home. The weather where I go to school was terrible..Good excuse to go shopping hey?
I bought lost of new stuff this month so i have lots of new favorites and a couple of oldies so enough with the rambling.. Let's get started~!
1) Covergirl Natureluxe Foundation in 215- I love this stuff in the summertime.. It almost feels like a tinted moisturizer but gives enough coverage for bad skin days.
2) Stila illuminating moisturizer in light- I mix this with my Covergirl Natureluxe to give my face some extra glow and take away the tiniest bit of heaviness my foundation had.
3) MAC Minerlize Skinfinish in light- This sets my foundation and controls any oils. It also evens out my skin tone on days when I don't feel like wearing moisturizer.
4) Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse blush in rose petal- This blush feels super creamy, blends really well on your cheeks and dries to a powder finish. I don't bother to set it with a powder blush because it has pretty good staying power.
5) Stila Convertible Color in petunia- This is an excellent bright summery color that can be used on cheeks or lips.
6) Benefit Benetint Pocket Pal- I bought this a while back but I just started using this month. I love swiping this on my lips for a tint of color but it can also double as a cheek stain.
7) MAC Paint Pot in Painterly- I love wearing this when I'm too lazy to put on shadows. It really brightens my eyes.
8) Lush Blackberry bath bomb- This smelled so good and make my skin feel super soft.
9) B&BW's Sweet Pea body cream and body spray- I can see why this is a cult favorite because it is the perfect sweet and fun smelling fragrance.
10) Lush's Cupcake face mask- This gets all the dirt and oil out of my pores without leaving my skin feeling tight and dry.... and it smells like chocolate.. what more could a girl ask for?
11) MAC Viva Glam Gaga 2 with Revlon Coral Reef lip gloss- Perfect summer combo!
12) China Glaze- Pool Party, Essie- Turquoise and Caicos, Essie- Brazilliant - These have been part of my manicures and pedicures all summer.
TV Show- Pretty Little Liars: I'm all caught up to the new episodes now so I can start watching it on t.v! Yay! I wasn't obsessed over this show at first but the second season is so exciting!
Songs- Pumped Up Kicks by Foster the People- I found this song a few days ago so it really shouldn't be in this favorites, but I can't stop listening to it!
Rain Over Me- Mark Anthony and Pitbull- Is it weird that I find Mark Anthony very attractive in this song? I've always found him kinda creepy but I have a bit of a crush on him now.. that's odd.
Stereo Hearts- Adam Levine Ft. Gym Class Heroes- Catchy, happy tune.
Lifeline- Papa Roach- I'm a sucker for songs like this.
So Far Away- Staind- and a suck for songs like this. I have a thing for rocker dudes.. uhh..Minus Mark Anthony.
This picture does not do the neon-ness any justice but this is China Glaze Pool Party. I love it~!
So what's your favorites for this month? Lemme know in the comments below~!

Shopping Trip Haul: Part 2
Hey Guys,
Here I am with Part 2 of my shopping trip haul! We went to a different mall the second day where I got a chance to go to Lush (I couldn't believe I was there in person!), Bath and Body Works and H&M.
My first stop was H&M and I grabbed a few things I thought were cute. I went into the dressing room and everything I tried on fit and looked good. I honestly thought I was dreaming but it turns out I wasn't because I'm sitting in the hotel with the bag full of clothes to prove it. I bought a camel colored blazer, a purple lace dress, a flowery peasant top, a silk royal blue top and camel/navy blue striped long sleeved shirt, a light pink tank top with ruffles and a couple of bracelets. H&M is officially one of my favorite stores.
Then I went to Bath and Body Works where I had a coupon for $10 off a $30 purchase plus it was buy 3 get 3 free! I definitely could have went crazier than this but rumour has it there's a Bath and Body Works opening where I go to school so I will do my shopping there.
I picked up:
Sweet Pea body spray and body cream- Cult favorites that smells divine.Top Notes: Sweet Pea, Watery Pear, Logan Berry, Rhubarb
Mid Notes: Cyclamen, Freesia, Raspberry
Base Note: Musk
Carried Away body spray and lotion- This smells delish as well! It's notes are:
Top Notes: Italian Bergamot, Meyer Lemon, Mandarin, Juicy Pear Nectar, Lush Raspberries
Mid Notes: Purple Freesia, White Tuberose, White Jasmine, Soft Violet Petals
Base Notes: Creamy Sandalwood, Whipped Vanilla, Musk
I also bought a shower gel and body spray for my boyfriend. Then I bought 10 Halloween pocketbac's.. no I'm not completely crazy.. 5 were for my brother :).... Then I picked up 3 mini candles: 2 Leaves and 1 Mint Chocolate Chip and a Halloween handsoap that glows in the dark. (I'm not gonna lie, that was totally the selling point).
My last trip was LUSH!!!!! Yes, I am obsessed.. or maybe I should say was obsessed because the service at the Lush I went to was terrible and not at all what I imagined Lush to be. I was kinda sad but maybe I'll stick to ordering online even when I have the opportunity to go to Lush. On this trip I picked up:
Blackberry bath bomb- I used this the last night of my trip with half of my Mmm bath melt and the mix of the smells was delicious! This bath bomb also comes with a little surprise!
Pink bath bomb- This smells like candy! It was super moisturizing and this bomb also has a fun little surprise~
Mmm bath melt- This also smells like candy so it was perfect to throw in with Pink.
Wicci Magic massage bar- I bought this massage bar for my boyfriend as part of his birthday gift. I read online that it's supposed to be good for sore muscles so I hope this helps ease his pain.
Cupcake face mask- I tried this once already and I really liked it. My skin looked glowy and didn't feel dry like other face masks tend to do. Bonus: It smells like chocolate.
Hair Doctor hair mask- This felt super refreshing and my hair felt clear of build-up after my first use.
American Cream conditioner- I picked this up because it smells great! I hope it works as good as it smells!
Bubblegum lip scrub (mine's about to expire)- I have a fond love of this lip scrub.
Honey trap lip balm- This smells like orange vanilla chocolate. Sounds random but works.
As well as some great samples like Dark Angels cleanser, Fresh Farmacy face soap and Big shampoo.
Pink Bath Bomb and Mmm Bath Melt
I was lovin' on Cupcake
Bonus: Here's a few things I bought at a local store. I love handmade jewerly.
So that's my giant haul! Have you guys tried any of these products? Have you had a similar experience at Lush or was this just not a good day? Should I give them another chance? What's your favorite scents at B&BW? What's your favorite clothing stores? Are you tired of my questions? Haha! <3

Shopping Trip Haul: Part 1
Hey Guys,
I'm currently on holidays with my fam and I did my yearly shopping so I thought I'd share with you what I bought! This is super long so I may break this up into parts.. Keep in mind I only do any major shopping once a year so that's my excuse :) <3
I choose to go to stores that I don't have close to where I live so I went to places like Mac, Sephora, Coach, H&M, Lush and Bath and Body Works.
In this post I'm going to start with Mac, Sephora and Coach which are the places I went on my first day of shopping.
My first purchases of the day were at Mac where I bought some beginner items because I own nothing from Mac..until now..The girl who helped me was absolutely awesome, helpful and funny which made an intimidating trip (for someone who doesn't know what they're doing) really pleasant.
For face I bought a minerlize skinfinish natural in Light and a minerlize skinfinish in Rose Quartz.
For eyes I bought Painterly paintpot, an eyeshadow quad along with 4 eyeshadows which were Naked Lunch, All That Glitters, Sable, and Twinks.
Then I bought Creme Cup and Viva Glam Gaga 2 lipstick and Viva Glam Gaga lipgloss
Then I went to Sephora where I picked up somethings I have been eyeing for a long time. This was my second time in a Sephora store (my first time I ran in and bought Nars Orgasm lipgloss and ran out) and this particular Sephora just opened so it was packed and many things were out of stock but I managed to find plenty of things that were on my wish list.
At Sephora I bought:
Philosophy Snowcone shower gel set
Tarte radiant & rested: volume 2 which comes with Smooth Operator: Amazonian clay illuminating serum, the bright side double-ended eye brightener, LipSurgence natural lip tint in Sweet, Amazonian clay blush in Glisten and Amazonian clay shimmering powder in
Champagne.
Nars Orgasm/Laguna Duo
Philosophy Purity- 90mL
Korres lip butter in Jasmine
Korres lip butter in Pomegranate
Tokidoki lipgloss in Ciao Ciao
Philosophy lip gloss in I Love Candy Corn
Sephora by OPI nail polish in It's Bouquet With Me
Then I got my birthday gift which is the Philosophy shower gel in Vanilla Cake and I used my points to get the Bamboo Smooth Kendi Oil Dry Oil Mist.
Then I went to Coach which was another amazing experience. I always find the staff in the stores at Coach so friendly, but the staff at this location took the cake!
I bought a Coach Poppy purse which I cannot find the name of but here's a pic!
Have any of you tried any of these products? What are some other staple items I should pick up from MAC? Please let us know in the comments below!
P.S- Here's a few bonus pics~!

July Favorites!
Hey Guys
Summer is just flying by isn't it? I can't believe we're in August already.. I cringe when I go to the stores and school supplies is out.. ugh.. but time to forget school for a little and start with my July favorites~!
Makeup
First off I've been loving Benefit's Booing Concealer. I've been breaking out quite a lot this month and Booing has been saving my completion. I bought the Confessions of a Concealaholic set which comes with 2 Booing colors so I mix them to get my perfect match.
Also from Benefit, I've been using my creaseless cream liner/shadow in Birthday Suit. This is brown/gold color that is super pigmented. I have been using Birthday Suit as my only lid color this month.
My third item is my Sigma F50 brush which I like using it to lightly swipe powder on my face.
I've also been loving my Revlon Colorstay Foundation and my Stila tinted moisturizer mixed together as a foundation routine. The Stila moisturizer helps make the foundation feel less cake-y for the summertime and gives an extra glow.
Hair Products
I recently purchased the It's a 10 leave in product which I saw on my friend Sammmtina's blog so you guys should definitely go check out her review. I've only used this a couple of times but from what it's done so far it's a favorite.
I love the Garnier Fructis Style Ultimate Gel in Survivor with cactus extract. I use the tiniest dab of this when I put my hair in a bun to smooth away any flyaways and those flyaways are down for the day! Thank you Fructis! I think this stuff would be awesome for people with layers who want to do a fishtail braid. Smooth this over the fishtail braid where your layers stick out and they would be gone!
The Got2be shine spray would also have to be a favorite this month. This stuff makes hair so glossy and shiny but not looking oily. It also smoothes away any flyaways. I love it!
I also have been loving the Batiste dry shampoo in Tropical. When I take the time to straighten my hair, I like to try to make it last for 2 days so on the second day I use this stuff and it takes away any oils and makes my hair smell yummmayyyyy.
Body Products
This month I've been loving my The Body Shop's coconut milk body lotion. When I was stuck inside doing homework the smell of this would remind me of.. freedom! And the summer sun and beaches.. and I could go on forever. My point? The smell is heavenly but it's not the most moisturizing body lotion I've tried. It also comes with a spray pump which would be cool if you spray it when your lying on the beach wanting a pretty coconut smell, but when your just out of the shower it gets kind of hard to hold on to.
Again this month, I've been loving my Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau So Fresh. The smell is perfect for summer because it's a light fruity floral. I adore it!
My nail polish loves for the month are Essie Turquoise and Caicos, China Glaze Flip Flop Fantasy, China Glaze Turned up Turquoise, Orly Rage and Sally Hansen Insta-Dri in Electric.
Randoms
I have been loving my Toms shoes! So comfortable, cute and they help so many children with their One pair sold= one pair donated. I <3 Toms!
Some televisions shows I have been loving are Masterchef and Hell's Kitchen. I think I might have a secret crush on Chef Ramsay. I also finished Season 4 of Dexter <3! OMG.. I could not move for like 10 minutes after I finished the season. I really almost passed out.. Dexter is always so exciting but season 4 really blew my mind. Now I'm on to season 5 to catch up before season 6 starts!
Some songs I've been loving this month are Dancing in the Dark- Dev, Save me San Francisco by Train, Skyscraper by Demi Lovato, Back Down South by Kings of Leon and Arms by Christina Perri.. I'm in love with playing this song on guitar.
And another favorites comes to an end.. so friends please tell me in the comment below what do you think of these favorites and what are some of your July favorites?

Current Favorites: 07/19/2011
Hey Guys,
I kinda missed the boat on the monthly favorites but I still wanted to tell you guys what I've been liking so I thought I'd do a little current favorites post. This might be some stuff I've been loving for a long time or relatively new and I'm still testing it out but I'm loving the first impression I've been getting. So without further adieu.. here we go!
First off I've been loving the organix coconut milk split end mender. This stuff smells yummy, makes my hair feel soft and has a price that's not to hard on the college budget.
I've also been loving ballerina buns! I have been wearing my hair like this all month. It's chic and gives my hair a nice break from all the products I normally use.
Last month I picked up the Clinique 3 step acne system which was difficult for me because I have been using Proactiv for 3 years. I decided to change because Proactiv sends out to many systems at once and I started to build up an extensive/expensive collection. Hence, I decided to try something I could buy in my town and didn't have to send away for. I will be doing a review on the whole system but this month I've been loving the foaming cleanser(1st step). This cleanser isn't obrasive and has no exfoliating beads like Proactiv, but it somehow manages to get rid of gross dead skin cells and helps my skin look glowy.
This month I also picked up The Body Shop's Green Apple shower gel. The smell lingers for a long time so I love this for the summer. This stuff smells delicious....I think I'd be cool if somebody made a caramel green apple shower gel. OMG YUM!
Then I've been liking my Korres Guava body butter. I bought this a couple of days ago and so far my first impression is good. I love how moisturized it makes my dry skin but my only problem is the selection of smells at my store. Guava was the one of the four I liked the most but I find it smells quite strong on my skin. I'm not sure if Korres has more scents but my Shoppers Drug Mart just received the Korres line so I may discover one I like more.
I also picked up the Burt's Bees Peppermint Foot Lotion.. This stuff keeps smells great and keeps my feet super soft all day.
Some nail polish I've been loving recently is Tangerine by Revlon, an orange with a slight silver shimmer; OPI's San tan-tonio, a nude which I love on my skin tone; and OPI's I Lily Love You, a multi-color multi-sized glitter (best decription ever really) with a sheer pink base from their newest collection and China Glaze's Flip Flop Fantasy; a neon pink.
Then my pride and joy... Duh duhhhh! My Daisy Eau So Fresh by Marc Jacobs. It's smells so pretty and sweet. I find the original Daisy for flower-y for me so I love this fruity floral.
I have also been loving the Starbucks Mocha Coconut Frappuccino. It's so tasty and it makes me hope this isn't just a drink Starbucks put out for the summer. Please Starbucks! Don't take away my mocha coconut!
Now for music! I've been hooked on She's Dope by Down With Webster (uhh oh uh oh uh oh) and Stop Standing There by Avril Lavigne.
So that's all for now friends! Please comment below and lemme know what you've been loving!<3
Talk to you soon

I don't know how I forgot this but *not pictured above* is my NYX Cream Blush in Natural. This blush is the perfect color for a nice subtle glow. I love it!
Strawberry Tart Recipe
I found this when I was looking through Crafterholic and I just had to try it. It was absolutely delicious and so easy to make even though mine didn't come out as pretty; however, you can learn from my mistake :)
I was preparing my supper while the dough was chilling. I thought it would be smart to also prepare the tart filling a little ahead of time. While the filling was sitting in a bowl during the chill time, a lot of the natural juices came out of the strawberries and pooled. I didn't think this was a big deal, but during the baking time the juices just boiled over everywhere making for some extra cleanup. Maybe if the filling is made just before it goes in the oven there wouldn't be so much overflow.

Mini Haul: 07/4/2011
Hey Guys!
I just had a mini shopping trip and I thought I'd share what I bought..
I made a trip to Shoppers Drug Mart because I've been wanting to pick up Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau So Fresh and I decided to get the fragrance sampler. The fragrance sampler comes with eight 50ml-75ml perfume samples and a gift certificate for a perfume up to $89. The perfume samples that come with the box set are
1) Tommy Hilfiger Loud
2) Lacoste Joy of Pink
3) Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau So Fresh
4) PAco Rabanne lack XS For Her
5) Dolce and Gabbana Light Blue
6) Givenchy Play For Her
7) Vera Wang Princess
8) Calvin Klein Euphoria
9) Kate Spade Twirl
10) Calvin Klein Beauty
So apparently I can't count.. ten perfume samples.. sweet!
This was a good choice for me because I paid $75 dollars for this perfume sampler kit and I'm already pretty sure I want Daisy. Daisy is $85 to buy just the perfume so I'm saving $10 plus I get ten perfume samples. On top of that since I bought it today(this offer goes on until tomorrow) Shoppers Drug Mart has an Optimum points bonus on where if you spend $75 or more you get 18500 optimum points which is a $25 value. Pretty good eh!
Then I bought the Physicians Formula Shimmer Strips in Miami Strip which can be used as a blush, bronzer and eye shadow. It was on sale for $17.59 and I used a $10 gift card that I received as a bonus a couple of weeks ago from Shoppers so I got the shimmer strips for $7.59. Yay! I just swatched them though and they don't seem as pigmented as I thought they were so I'll see how this turns out.
So this was my little haul.... Do you guys have any of the perfumes from the kit? and what do you think of Physicians Formula? Have you tried the shimmer strips?

June Favorites
Hey Guys,
Another month gone by and I'm here again with another favorites! Monthly favorites are one of the videos I look forward to watching the most on Youtube but since I'm not brave enough to make videos, I'm glad that I can share my favorites through the blog <3
I've had quite a few this month so here we go!
Nyx eyeshadow trio in 28A Very Delight- This trio has a bright white highlight, a perfect summer peach and a brown which I find myself always reaching for
Benefit high beam- To get the summer glowy look
Carmax cherry lip balm- Makes my lips super smooth and has SPF 15
Nars orgasm lip gloss- Lovely color with some bronzy sparkles which look amazing on sun kissed skin
Lush Bubblegum lip scrub- Rebecca talked about the Mint Julip lip scrub in an earlier post which reminded me of my bubblegum lip scrub.. It smells like hubba bubba and will get rid of any dead skin. Before bed I use my lip sbrub then I put my carmax lip balm on top and my lips are like silk in the morning
The Body Shop apricot and basil body wash- Smells like the epitome of summer and lathers extremely well for a product with no sulphates
Victoria Secret Splash of Pink body spray in Fresh and Clean- This body spray smells just like the name says.. fresh and clean!
Escada Taj Sunset- I'm not the best at describing scents so I have this description from my favorite perfume site www.nstperfume.com: The India-themed fragrance features notes Alphonso mango, nectarine, blood orange, watery floral accord, raspberry, pomarose, coconut cream, sandalwood and musk.. I love this perfume for the summer.. although I can't pick of notes of a perfume, I do know I like citrus smells and I guess it really shows through this perfume
Sigma Make Me Cool brush kit- I love the quality of Sigma brushes.. This brush kit was my first experience with Sigma and it's been great so far.. This kit comes with 12 brushes and these brushes are the best I've ever owned.. I <3 you Sigma!
OPI San tan-tonio- From the Texas collection, this color is the perfect nude
Essie Turquoise and Caicos- I don't this I have heard anybody say they don't like this color.. It pops beautifully on tan skin
Friendship bracelets- I love this trend. It adds a bit of boho-ness (it is so a word ;)) to any outfit and can help you incorporate different colors.
Wrap bracelets- I also love the look of these.. I bought a leather one this month that I can't stop wearing which brings me to..
Leather accessories- Whether it be my sandals, bracelets or belt, I love the classic preppy vibe of leather accessories.
Tcby's vanilla frozen yogurt with rainbow sprinkles- YUMMMMM.. that is all
Song's I can't get out of my head:
Coldplay-Every Tear is a Waterfall: " I'd rather be a comma, than a full stop ".. A quote all generations should think about.. especially my age group
Robyn- Call Your Girlfriend: "Then you tell her that the only way her heart will mend, is when she learns to love again, and it won't make sense right now but your still her friend". This song is written so beautifully.. I love the transition between the first and second verse and Robyn's story-telling.
Avril Lavigne- Smile: "It's been a while, since every day and everything has felt this right
and now, you're turning all around and suddenly you're all I need The reason why I smile". A happy summery feel good song~!

Summer Reading Wishlist
Hey Guys,
Summer is the best time to chill with friends, relax or pick up a good read. I usually do most of my reading in the summer with the exception of anything that needs to be read for school. Is it weird that I feel bad when I read leisurely during the school year? I feel like I'm taking away study time.. Lame excuse I know. I remember there was one summer where I would go through a novel every 3-4 days. I felt much smarter and noticed my vocabulary was gathering a few extra words. I hope I can get back on the reading band wagon like I used to be which brings me to my wishlist of books I have compiled that I'd enjoy reading this summer.
1) The White Queen- Philippa Gregory
2) The Red Queen- Philippa Gregory
3) The Vampire Academy Novels- Richelle Mead
4) The House of Night Novels- P.C. Cast & Kristin Cast
5) The Carrie Diaries and Summer In The City: A Carrie Diaries Novel- Candace Bushnell
6) The Hunger Games Series- Suzanna Collins
7) Elixir- Hilary Duff
8) Valley of the Dolls- Jacqueline Susann
9) Hamlet and Ophelia- John Marsden
10) 13 Reasons Why- Jay Asher
11) The Poison Eaters: and other stories- Holly Black
12) The Help- Kathryn Stockett
13) The Gathering- Kelly Armstrong
14) Wither- Lauren Destefano
Which one should I start first? Have any of you read these books? Is there any your planning on reading? Do you read much? Which other books would you recommend?

Mini Haul!: 07/25/2011 + NOTD
Hey Guys,
First off I'd like to say I'm glad to see there's actually people out in this Bloggerverse!! Second is I went shopping today and picked up a couple of things I'm excited about.
First I stopped at Lawton's Drugs and bought a Nyx Soft Matte Lip Creme in Milan. I love this color, the product goes on silky while still being easy to control and hasn't dried out my lips.. so far. I definitely want to go and pick up a few more colors.
Then I went to American Eagle where they had a sale.. I bought a color blocked tank top that was originally $20 for $10.. Jewelry was buy one get one free so I bought a wrap bracelet for $20 and I got the wrap watch for free! Yay! I love free stuff.. I still brag to people that I got free chocolate Cheerios a couple of days ago with my coupon! If you guys are fans of AE like me, I'd go down and check out all the good deals!
Then I went down to Winners and browsed the beauty section which is amazing. You never know what you'll find when you head to Winners. I managed to do a bit of rummaging and I found the Stila Trendsetting in Tokyo palette which was only $7.99! Yay Winners!

My nail of the day is something I learned from MissJenFabulous on youtube! She is one of my favs to watch and these are from her feather nails tutorial. In the picture they look like crackle nail polish but pinky promise they're feathers. I picked up some feathers from Michael's and used China Glaze's Sea Spray. I like the look but the feathers shed off so it gets slightly annoying after a day.
Are you guys gonna check out some sales this weekend? If so, which ones? And what do you think of feather nails?
P.s: Have you guys heard Call Your Girlfriend by Robyn? I'm addicted and I love the total simplicity of the video. Her dancing seems very '80's.. It's awesome.

Wish I had my Camera
While running some errands today I had some moments that really made me smile and wish I were the type of person that could inconspicuously take photos with my camera phone.
Sighting #1: 6 year old biker chick
Ohmigoodness. This little girl was fearless! Not only was she non-chalantly sitting on the back of her dad’s motorcycle while going through town. She would even return the waves from other people on motorcycles and in cars. She would even look around and enjoy the passing scenery all while wearing a fierce pink helmet with really awesome designs all over it. I wish I had guts like her and been able to get a picture cause she was adorable; but I was driving at the time and that just seemed like a dangerous choice
Sighting #2: Lady at the bus stop
I had to run into the bus station to pick up a package for work. As I was leaving, a lady walking behind me started getting all upset about something or other. So she started huffing and puffing, cursing under her breath, then nearly shoved me trying to get to the door before me. In my head I’m thinking, “Well excusssssssssseeee me” until I see the back of her shirt, which said, “We are all role models.” It was all I could do to keep from laughing. Traveling on a bus all day can make anyone cranky so next time she may want to rethink her wardrobe choice as to avoid another contradiction between her actions and t-shirt logo.
These weren’t anything super exciting, but they were moments that made me smile and maybe someone reading will get a little chuckle from the second one.

Summer Wishlist
Hey Internet World,
Since summer is here I thought I'd bring along my summer wishlist! These are a few items I hope to add to my matchbox sized door room. I'm soon going to have to find other means of storage because my room is becoming about as out of control as Mo'Nique's red carpet leg hair.
So a few staple clothing items that are in for this summer are different bright colored shorts and jean jackets. I'm going to try to go cheap on these though because as we all know trends don't stay around for long.
I also want to pick up a few different colored American Apparel basic t's. These are great to wear by themselves with some statement jewelry and a pair of skinny jeans. They could be dressed up a cardigan and some cute shoes. The possibilities are endless!
Another thing on my list is a pair of Tom's Shoes. I love these! Not only are they super cute and feel like slippers but when you buy a pair, a pair is donated to a child in need. The only problem I have now is choosing between the black canvas or a pair of the glitters. What the heck! Maybe I'll treat myself to 2 pairs; )
Next I have a watch from the brand Toy Watch.. I've seen these watches on Miley Cyrus, Ashley Tisdale and Sophia Bush. They would go great with any outfit and come in a huge range or colors!
Some beauty item on my list are:
Benefit Georgia box powder which will give the perfect summer peachy glow
Benefit Hoola Bronzer which will give a warm glow.. Right now I'm using NYC Sunny and I want something a bit deeper when I get a bit darker.
Benefit Life on the A List is a sheer pink gloss.. I love the look of lips with just a hint of color
Maybelline Born With It lipstick is a pretty pink lipstick that will look gorgeous on tan skin
Covergirl Wetslicks in Tangerine Splash is a lipgloss that will give lips a hint of orange which is good for the folks out there like me who will not do an all out orange pout
Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau so Fresh which is a lighter and fruity version on the original Daisy perfume.
Oh and has anybody seen Katy Perry's new music video? I've been loving that too :)

May Favorites~!*
Here are my favorites for the month of May!
1) Feather Hair Extensions: I went to the salon for feather hair extensions and I picked out 3 that I really liked. I like that your not limited to different hair styles when you get them because they can be curled or straightened.
2) OPI's Pirate's of the Caribbean collection: Anybody probably could have sensed from my review that I'm in love with this collection. The colors perfect for summer or winter, they are opaque and most of 4 of them are very unique colors.
3) Benefit's Confessions of a Concealaholic: When I run of the products in this kit, I will probably be picking up another one. I especially love that there is 2 different color concealers so you can mix your own color.
4) Conair Infiniti You Curl: This curling iron can give you anything from beachy waves to the perfect Taylor Swift curls.
5)Tresemme Heat Protectant: This is essential in the summer time to prevent the sun from fraying locks. I have also been straightening my hair quite a bit this month and along with m next product it has saved my hair from split ends.
6) John Freida's Straight Fixation: I have been using this for a couple of years now. I have natural curls and this product keeps my hair straight for at least 24 hours and it is also a heat protecting so I use this along with my Tresemme heat protectant for extra defense against the heat.
7) Moroccan Oil: This stuff is a miracle in a bottle! The only problem I have with it is the price but I bought the smallest bottle and it has lasted 6 months. I think after this bottle I may try to find a cheaper alternative. I don't recommend using this when you want to use heat thought or you'll cook your hair. When you want to wear your hair natural, use a small dab of this stuff and it will smooth out all the frizz you have.

Haul: Shoppers Drug Mart
Hey Guys!,
I went to Shoppers Drug Mart today because they had a secret 20x the points event. I picked up a few things that I have been eyeing for a while that I can't wait to try out and one repurchase
First thing I was super excited about is Benefit's High Beam. I have been wanting this forever! It is perfect for highlighting your cheekbones, cupids bow, eyebrows or use it all over your cheeks for a pretty glow.
Then I picked up the Maybelline Falsies Flared.. I loved the original Maybelline falsies and I love the look of flared lashes so I can't wait to take it one a test run.
Then I bought the EOS shave cream on sale for $3.99.. I've heard you can use this stuff on wet or dry legs.. I bought mine in pomegranate raspberry and it smells great.
I also picked up L'oreal color juice in tuitti fruitti because they were on sale for $4.59.. I was gonna pick it up at Wal-Mart yesterday for $9.59 and I'm glad I didn't.. It's a really pretty pink color and smells super good.
Then I picked up my Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine Leave in Conditioner which was also on sale.. I.love.this.stuff.
The kind lady also gave me some samples of Vichy Capital Soleil ultra light lotion SPF 50 and La Roche toner for sensitive skin.
That's all for now~!

Tag!: Summer Besties
Hi Blogger!! ;),
So a new tag going around the youtube beauty world called the Summer Besties Tag. This tag was started by Macbarbie07 and if you've never heard of her you've gotta check her out. She's so creative, has awesome style, I find it super hard to believe she's only 15!
So here are the questions for the tag!
Favorite summer....
1) Lip product
2) Blush
3) Nail Polish
4) Liquid face product
5) Powder face product
6) Hair product
7) Eye product
8) Self Tanner (or any tanning item)
9) Fashion accessory
10) Clothing piece
So here we go!
1) My favorite lip product is Smith's Rosebud Salve. It keeps your lips super hydrated, very lightweight and gives a sheer red tint that's perfect for summer.
2) I don't wear a lot of blush but when I do I wear Benefit's Benetint. You can have a pinkish glow or layer it to get a darker red cheek. I have the Benefit Pocketpal which comes with a handy clear gloss. I have also been eyeing Posietint for a while.. I think it would be a super pretty sheer pink. I've also heard that Benefit is coming out with Chachatint which is a mango tinted lip and cheek stain. Sounds like it would be awesome with a tan!
3) My favorite nail polish.. this is super hard for a nail polish addict.. I would have to say Essie's turquoise and caicos or OPI's Mermaid's Tears (these could possibly change any day)

4) My favorite liquid face product is my Stila Illuminizing Tinted Moisturizer and my Hard Candy Sheer Envy Tinted Moisturizer. My Stila moisturizer is a shade too light and my Hard Candy is a shade too dark so I mix the both and it comes up with my perfect shade! Plus they both have SPF so it will keep your face safe from the sun and premature wrinkles!
5) My favorite summer powder face product is the Maybelline Dream Matte Powder and the Rimmel Stay Matte Powder. In the summer heat our faces could start to look oily but with these powders my face stays matte all day long.
6) My favorite summer hair product is Moroccan Oil and Garnier Fructis Sleek n Shine Leave in Conditioning Cream. Both these product go an amazing job at keeping my naturally curly frizz away and keeps my hair from going extremely dry.
7) My favorite summer eye product(s) *[i was out of control on this one] is Urban Decy primer potion so my eyeshadow doesn't slide off my face in the heat, Urban Decay Naked Palette for any neutral look I can imagine, my BH cosmetics 120 Color Eyeshadow palette for any color look my heart desires and Benefit RSVP for lazy days when /i want shimmer and a shadow that won't budge.
8) My favorite self tanner is L'Oreal Sublime Bronze Gel and Jergens Natural Glow moiturizer. These both give non-streaky beautiful glows.
9) My favorite fashion accessory is for summer is bracelets! I love my bracelets stacked with lots of different colors.
10) My favorites summer clothing item is shoes~! I love sandals for a warm day and my Converse on a rainy day.
